Trial Classes:
Complimentary Trial:
• We offer a complimentary trial class to all new customers.
• Should you require further clarity in your decision-making, a second trial class can be arranged upon request.
Post-Trial Enrollment:
• Following the trial class, payment is required to commence regular classes.
Class Schedule:
Service Availability:
• Our services are available from Monday to Friday.
Scheduling Flexibility:
• While we strive to accommodate your preferred schedule, some flexibility may be necessary due to prior commitments.
• We charge on an hourly basis but offer packages of 12 hours to be utilized within a 30-day period. The schedule can be adjusted in coordination with the teacher. For instance, if you need to miss a scheduled class, the teacher can arrange a make-up session.
Missed Classes:
Student Responsibility:
• We are not responsible for missed classes due to issues with the student’s computer or internet connection, and no make-up classes will be provided.
• If a student misses a scheduled class, Mytutorcampus.com is not obligated to provide a make-up session.
Teacher Responsibility:
• If a class is missed due to an issue on our end, we will arrange a make-up session.
Class Duration:
• While we aim to provide exactly 60-minute classes, there may be instances where this is not feasible. Therefore, we approximate the duration to be around 60 minutes. Occasionally, if a topic requires additional time, the teacher may extend the class.
Payment Schedule:
Monthly Billing:
• Payments are due on the same date each month.
• Failure to remit payment by the due date grants us the right to suspend your classes.
Advance Billing:
• All fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each month.
Payment Methods:
Online Payments:
• Payments can be made securely on our website.
Bank Transfers:
• Payments can also be made via services such as Western Union or MoneyGram directly to our bank account.
• We do not accept payments that require in-person collection from a bank or exchange; please ensure the payment is sent directly to our bank account.
Cancellation and Notice Period:
Notice for Termination:
• If you wish to discontinue classes, a notice period of at least 30 days is required.
• Failure to provide notice will result in billing for the subsequent month.
Automatic Billing:
• If you have set up automatic billing, it must be canceled prior to discontinuing the service.
Customer Support:
• Our Customer Support department is available to assist with any inquiries or concerns regarding payments and scheduling.
