Cancellation and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
7-Day Cancellation Period:
• If you change your mind, you can cancel your registration within 7 days from the date of signup.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us via telephone, email, or speak to your advisor during your training.
• We will issue a 100% refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request.
Technical Issues:
• If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing our services, you may be eligible for a refund.
• Please report the issue to our Customer Support team within 7 days of the occurrence. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we will issue a refund.
Service Dissatisfaction:
• If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial signup.
• Please provide detailed feedback on the issues you encountered. Our team will review your case and, if deemed valid, will issue a refund.
Medical or Personal Emergencies:
• If you are unable to continue with the course due to medical or personal emergencies, you may request a refund.
• Please provide appropriate documentation (e.g., medical certificate) to support your request. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• If you have a schedule conflict that prevents you from attending classes, you may request to cancel your classes.

Non-Refundable Situations:
• Cancellations made without valid reasons or documentation will not be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations made after the 7-day period from the date of signup, except in cases of technical issues, service dissatisfaction, or medical/personal emergencies, will not be eligible for a refund.
Notice Period:
• A minimum notice period of 1 month is required for subscription cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in continued billing for the following month.
Payment Terms:
• Fees are charged on a monthly basis and are fixed beforehand.
• Advance payments are required at the start of each month after trial classes, and an invoice will be provided for the fee.
